It all began with my Barbie dream house-I just loved to decorate it. I would always move all the furniture around and use whatever I could find around the house to make Barbie’s house a home. It was from this passion that my lifelong love of design was born.
I was formally trained at Parsons School of Design and have been helping women decorate their homes ever since. I love the creativity of design as well as assisting other people to make their house a home. My goal with this blog it to inspire others to make changes and improvements to their home that brings out their own homes personality. Paint, window fashions and accessories are the areas that I specialize in. These three categories of design can have a big impact on your home or rooms style. Weather you are starting from scratch or updating your home, selecting the best paint, window treatments and accessories can be overwhelming.
It is my goal to help take some of the stress out of decorating. When you realize the vision of the room you, it is very satisfying feeling. I will be sharing my best tips and tricks of the trade with you in an effort to make decorating a bit less complicated.
