Dated Ranch to Modern Classic

Updated: Mar 24

I am so inspired by a house renovation in the Jan/Feb issue of This Old House I wanted to share it. The homeowners in this article, bought a run-down ranch in Westerly, Rhode Island and turned it into their dream home. The process took about a year but when it was done they couldn't have been happier. I couldn't agree more.

We all often see these magazines with these beautiful photos really well done rooms. Where does it all come from? What color is that? I wanted to shed some light on where you can get some of the paint and furnishings in this project that was done for the magazine This Old House. If you see something you like and it is not listed just reach out to me and I can see if I can source it for you.

Following you will find some of the highlights of this renovation as well as some links to the decor sources used.
